      * great eng culture * great ppl around * good managers

      Cons

      * Company takes money from independent creators and gives this money to major labels. That's their business model. It is even worse than Spotify. * All decisions are made by the NYC execs team, who are mostly real estate agents with no care for music, who are waiting for their golden parachutes.

      The culture is great; everyone who works there truly cares about keeping the product alive. The people who work here are great people overall too

      Resources are really limited, there's often a lot of organization change. strategy changes really quickly without structure
