      Pros

There is not a lot of red-tape to prevent you from getting actual work done. Everyone here is trusted to make smart decisions so we spend time focusing on the goal rather than getting hung up on the little things. Everyone here is approachable and relaxed so it makes the workplace feel like somewhere you actually want to be every day. So many Perks: Frozen Yogurt Bar Coffee Bar Unlimited Drinks Valet Parking Subsidised Lunch

      Cons

The output of every person seems like 2-3 times more than anywhere I've ever worked. Partially because it is expected and partially because everyone loves what they do.

          Pros

Working at SpaceX has been amazing. I have developed software since a young age, and had my soul drained at my last big-corp job, but working at SpaceX has rejuvenated me. The work is interesting. My manager is technical and intelligent. The mission of the company is inspiring. A lot of my friends told me that the work-life balance would be bad, but even after 5 months, it has been great. I just talk with my peers and set realistic expectations on what is going to be delivered. I have yet to have to work late. The on-call rotation is light too, and every week our team spends time reducing noisy alerts.

          Cons

You have to be able to be your own boss, learn to say "no", and take ownership and the stress of your area of expertise. You are responsible for your own work, and everyone has brilliant ideas, but you have to take a deep breath, and prioritize on what is important. Also- working at the office is required.

Hello! I have two interviews, one tomorrow & another one on Friday. I'm preparing cause I feel that I'm not very good at them & I hate that. So, I'm researching, taking notes & praying a whole lot lol! Is it okay to refer to notes during an interview? Should I ask interviewer if it's okay? I wanna do my best & feel it'll help some ... a little more confidence I guess!

What is a normal/common resume length for c2c/consultant roles in tech? What about a fte resume? My contract role resume used to be 5-6pages, this was 4years ago, prior to covid. Not sure if this is still a norm. Meanwhile my fte resume is concise, 2pages long. I have 10years of exp for reference.
