Attract, hire, retain the best talent? Only if your talent is in saying yes, brown-nosing and sucking up. Management has no vision, they constantly are readjusting quarter to quarter, and they will absolutely sell you out to make themselves look good mostly because they have no idea of what they are doing. Avoid working here unless you have no other choice.
