      Great growth opportunity. All the support you need to grow with the company, I have amazing support team my supervisor is always there when I need need him. The upper management as far as managers are all very supportive and very friendly. This is the first job I've actually had that I actually enjoy going into. The benefits are really good the hours are okay.

      Cons

      It's a Job. No job is perfect. I know if you do your job come in and work hard you had there would be no issues.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
