      Micro management Unprofessional management Unqualified middle management who have no idea how to sell and should never have been hired/promoted. Tracking worthless KPIs and activities Forced to be in the field Difficult comp plan success No plans to expand services or build new territory and provide reps with new doors.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
