      It used to be great.

      Cons

      Trying to keep their head up while no communication is going on about the merger. All we know is hundreds are moving and hundreds are losing their job. Florida statistics are going to tank on employment rates soon.

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
