      Pros

      Pay was fantastic. My commission checks were great. Lots of incentives to increase sales and lots of opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      Very unwilling to work with you on scheduling and on time off. Very very strict on break times and will require weekends or evenings when you're new... possibly as late as midnight

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
