      Adequate pay. Always tries to improve with training.

      Cons

      Do not believe your job is stable if you work for a division; they cut the entire West Coast division a few years ago. Male dominated management in local system offices.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
