      Crazy micomanagement, unrealistic expectations for the most part. Ok if you want to go back to grammer school at middle age.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
