Terrible Experiance - Phone Tech Spectrum Employee Review

The company turns over their employees in the C/S and Tech side every 90 days. The training class I was in had 35 people and only half of them stayed to complete the training. They so micromanage the jobs the phone desks do that they literally have 2 people over seeing every ONE person actually doing the work that needs to be done. Add in that they have two to three training classes every month shows you the amount of people they turn over every month.
