      Pros

      If you like selling and outside sales..it is a great job. The cable services as a benefit are great, The uncapped commission structure is appealing.

      Cons

      Micro management. compensation and schedule are not at all within the scope of advertised or outlined. The hours initially were agreed to 6 hours Monday through Friday. 4 to 5 Saturday..That became 10 hours mon through Friday 4 on Saturday. after much discussion out team was allowed to start at noon mon through Friday.. there were many many more negatives, but just that is enough

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
