Culture of fear and blame - Anonymous employee Spectrum Employee Review

First, I will say that it apparently depends on what group/department you are in. This review pertains to Network Operations only. I have never in my entire career worked somewhere that cared less about their employees. There is no regard for your life outside of work. Everyone (including leadership) is afraid to make any kind of decision for fear of being in the wrong. Directors and above will do anything they can to shift blame so that they are not accountable and someone else can get yelled at. Lot's of backstabbing , bickering, and belittling from VPs and above. No kudos or recognition, lots of silos. Out of date dress code and no option to work remotely.
