      Stable company. Not much else.

      Cons

      Too much division internally. No collaboration between teams. Delusional management of what is going on within the teams. Super, super high turn over. No work from home.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
