      Pros

      The free and discounted cable service was very nice. I really liked my manager and most of the people that I worked with. Office environment was friendly.

      Cons

      The company did not seem very good at setting goals or professional management. I think they need more leadership training and development to assist with this.

      Pros

      Benefits like gym, healthcare, PTO (although you only get about 12 days or so initially) The people are great, really nerdy cool crew, the work is really satisfying for designer minds.

      Cons

      Training took forever, just for you to see if you like the work you are there 4 months, this is a really niche industry and they expect you to know the details to advance to higher pay, to get an advancement of title, you essentially get a pay cut and a team that appears unhappy.
