Pros
It's very hard for me to come up with pros of working for Spectrum Charter Communications other than I was able to meet some nice people most of them were my coworkers and and positions lower than mine.
Cons
Cons this list is going to be long. Unethical business practices, dishonest HR team, unreasonable and unrealistic expectations. Lack of communication, favoritism! Lack of policy what policies that were in place were not upheld or supported. Lack of training, poor management! Lack of growth and career advancement . Cliques within management and leadership. Crappy pay.
