      Pros

      -good pay and benefits -smart,dediated front-line coworkers that are good to work with

      Cons

      -very much a top-down, micro-managing company -execs constantly fighting each other and pushing their bad decisions down onto others -lots of managers & execs are very bad - including abuse of authority -rules and standards are not applied fairly/consistently -i've seen people targeted and forced out in hostile ways

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
