All calls count against your commission whether they are serviceable or not. They use sales as underpaid receptionists to transfer calls to other departments and the calls take away from your commission. The environment is very unhappy and most people quit within a month of training. The turnover is completely crazy. This company seems to bank on high turnover and must realize that they save lots of money when reps quit because of the miserable environment and they do not have to pay out their commission.
