      No accountability for Management, widespread favoritism and leadership is allowed to treat employees however they’d like without repercussion. Not many opportunities for advancement given To people of color. There’s a noticeable difference.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
