Pros
Lovely folks, really. Lovely grounds, too. This could be an amazing company, but the focus is on external growth, leaving the internal processes to flounder and fail.
Cons
Chaotic growth leading to internal mass confusion. Professed vision toward growing as a respected company falling short in actual practice. Parking is a quagmire and so is seating. Internal Technology and mandatory processes are limping along. The garbage rolls downhill, so the guy on the phone takes the "fallout".
