      Pros

      I worked with a great group of people for awhile, and then the team was torn apart.

      Cons

      Dishonest compensation practices, sexual harassment issues sometimes not addressed, no opportunities for advancement-HR reps will go out of their way to tell you that you will not go any further than you currently are! Excessive OT given to company, without compensation. Senior Leadership does NOT listen to middle management.
