      Free, or heavily discounted services The game room is full of fun, if you have the time Benefits package is above average For the most part, everyone seems friendly

      Cons

      Double standards. Rules seem to only apply to certain people Being told one thing from someone, then told something completely different from the first person Upper management drinks the Kool-Aid by the jug Easy to get burnt out

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
