Pros

Easy to get a job here they hire just about anyone with a pulse. The employee discount is substantial if you live in a TWC area.

Cons

The training Is horrible the goals the company sets are unrealistic this San Diego location needs a visit from the show under cover boss. I don't believe Comcast would have any interest in TWC if they new how horrible they really are to its employees and customers im talking about unexplained cancelations and raises in cost changes to bill without notification just shady business. The supervisors have a 1000 excuses but no answers.

Pros

Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

Cons

Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
