      Great coworkers and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      I started just as Charter started a "management transition". So I was continually shifted to the bottom of the stack every time a new manager started. Which was 5+ times in 4 months I worked there.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
