Great benefits including the opportunity for great pay, overall freedom to come into your own as part of a great team. Morale is usually great, healthy and friendly competition and a team that has your back. I feel like when I get tired of working in my department I will be able to move either vertically or horizontally. I look forward to every day, and love what I do. If you are hungry for success, make this career move. I have held many jobs but this is the one I want to retire from.
Cons
When you interview they tell you of a 6 figure earning potential, many on here complain they lie. They do not lie, the opportunity is there it is up to you, do not expect 6 figures on a 40 hour work week, like all great sales Careers, the money is there if you want to earn it. The stress of the job can get to you every now and then, but sales is 90% mental, THIS JOB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. It will take a lot out of you but return more.
