I have never witnessed such inconsistency in any contact center I have worked. NO ONE is on the same page, and management looks at you like your an idiot if you attempt to ask for clarification. The money this company wastes versus investing in taking the time to pull consistent processes is heart breaking. I was very happy to have the oppertunity to work for Spectrum, but should have known everything said to get you in the door is nothing but lip service. It amazes me that so many have stayed as long as they have. The time spent watching all the HR videos is nothing but a waste. The violations I witnessed while there were in everyone's face and I find it incredibly hard to buy that HR is not aware. Saying something is not enough- stand behind your policies are do not bother to expect everyone to follow your rules.
