      The pros are the challenge of the job and working the latest technology. Pay is not bad either. But the best is the people that you work with.

      Cons

      The cons are the way all departments are alway in completion with each other. Playing the blame game and not taking responsibility and just fixing the problems.

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
