      Good people to work with. Decent benefits. Not too stressful. Good work life balance. The company have the potential to be huge.

      Benefits can be better. Horrible IT department, almost impossible to get proper answer from them.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
