Pros
Healthcare Benefits are extremely affordable and prices have not increased for 10 years, the 401k match at 6% plus an additional 3% of your salary goes to a retirement acclimation plan alongside the 401k. I can really only speak for my team, but everyone I’ve worked with on my team is helpful, reliable as are our boundary partners. Overall I think I have a healthy work culture to show up to every day.
Cons
No WFH for a position that could easily be done outside of the office. Employees with great skills seem to get stuck with larger and more complex projects along with a higher quantity of work instead of load balancing the team.
