Potential to make a decent salary with commission IF you can get creative in making your goals.
Cons
Management only cares about exceeding sales goals and doesn't care about customer service. They need to quit micro-managing and let their employees do their job. The peons make the supervisors look good and get major bonuses and the peons aren't rewarded for their efforts
