Former PM - Project Manager Spectrum Employee Review

Terrible work culture/environment paired with poor management sets you up for failure from the minute that you walk in the door. VERY high rate of turnover and from what I observed, contractors are treated very poorly. I would steer clear of this company where I was coming in as an entry-level admin assistant to senior management. Senior management from similar companies have noted that Charter is unable to recruit good management due to their poor reputation and resistance to change/new ideas. Very unfortunate for a growing company with so much potential.
