      Pros

      The people at Charter are great for the most part. They are very focused on taking care of customers.

      Cons

      Charter seems to have a major restructuring at least one a year which apprears to be more reactive than proactive.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
