Pros
I worked at Spireon as a Software Engineer for two years and had an amazing experience. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better company to work for. I learned tons and made real friends. -Supportive and friendly team -Happy hours every other week -team lunches -flexible work hours (work from home when needed) -good PTO (3 weeks) -friendly and engaging management that are open to your ideas -engaging work but not overly stressful -Starting to work with newer technologies (AWS) -bonuses twice a year
Cons
A decent amount of legacy code. They are working to get rid of it, but it’s still there and needs to be worked with.
