      many changes from rapid growth and huge pressure. Sometimes, people can't keep up with the rapid changes.

      Pros

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Cons

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
