      Great benefits, lots of resources, weekly free lunches, big team

      Cons

      Often things were very silo-ed, not enough cross-team collaboration, top-down management became very apparent and was no longer as fun as it used to be

      Pros

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Cons

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
