      Honestly, I don't have any.

      Cons

      1. They don't have proper recruitment system and keep rescheduling the interview at the last moment. 2. No proper roadmap even after getting selected. 3. Some projects will be hell in terms of management and HRs are least bothered about complaints for employee.

      Pros

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Cons

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
