      Pros

      Le télé-travail est la règle, aller au bureau l'exception. Les horaires des formations que je délivre sont variables: 4h30 à 6h par jour.

      Cons

      Il faut savoir être autonome, et accepter de dépendre d'un manager à l'étranger. On est soi-même un étranger quand on se rend au bureau parisien.

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Cons

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
