Pros
The company is founded by couple Stanford graduates who worked and lived together back in college days. The relaxed college atmosphere carries on, and there is no boss telling you what to do. People trust each other in their works, and you get a lot of freedom to do whatever you want.
Cons
There's no one coaching you on the job. You have to figure out everything yourself. The management people are still in their mid-20s, and oftentimes they don't know the answers too. They will spend time to figure out the problems with you though.
