      Pros

      Friend team members, great cultural feeling at each location, higher education classes available, the benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Consistentcy of the commission numbers can be hard to meet weekly especially during the down times.

      Thank you for this awesome review, along with some great feedback. I totally agree with you, down time can really play havoc on commission if the clients aren't there. Perhaps get with your manager and see if there are some things that you guys can do to maximize your schedule and even work with your Team Leader on ideas around how to drive some clients during down times and ways the Team can pull together to do so.       Pay, schedule flexibility, growth opportunities, company events, benefits

      Cons

      The pay is excellent as long as you’re performance is strong and especially if your flexible with your schedule and full time. But if you’re not a good performer or super part time, this might not be the best place for you.

      Pros

      Great hourly pay with tips. Averaged about $38 to $40 an hour. Great starting place. They do offer training. The co-workers were nice at my location. Management does help you with flexible scheduling so if you have children, it works out great.

      Cons

      Burnout is real. Expected to complete service within an allotted short time. Too many clients come in that want expensive barbershop cuts but want to pay the lowest price (they really shouldn’t even go to sport clips for). Also, way too many clients with long hair wanting full scissor cuts. They won’t turn away clients even if the cuts they ask for are — are not something sport clips does or allows for a lot of time. TV’s get annoying after a while (too loud).
