Exactly what you would expect from a startup experience - Lower salaries in certain geographies Most weeks are over 40 hours Budget constraints, etc. ... if you're there for the right reasons, these things are expected and aren't a detraction. I can honestly say that I always felt supported and comfortable discussing issues with management. They care.
