Lots of opportunities for international travel and relocation. Multicultural atmosphere and emphasis on international working creates a tangible sense of vibrancy and dynamism. Full of smart, driven and genuinely nice people. Work/life balance is manageable, although may vary in other parts of the bank. Good benefits.
Cons
Antiquated IT systems create a lot of admin. Appraisal scores sometimes obviously driven by the companies wish to control compensation – rather than a true reflection of performance.
