Standard Chartered is a global bank with more than 70000 employees and present in more than 70 countries. Cross team and cross border opportunities are available if you are very very good.
Cons
Employees are faced with very tough competitors from much more larger competitor banks and financial institutions. At some point, Standard Chartered Bank will probably grow large enough to sufficiently level the playing field.
