Pros
Big and diversified offers good opportunities for mobility and growth. Growth and development it is not encouraged. The location it's very good and the new building in London offers a range of modern and functional facilities.
Cons
Highly focused in emerging markets, it does not offer a great number of mobility opportunities within Europe. Middle management lacks proper training, mostly related to people management and leadership, which generates unnecessary problems. Salaries and perks are not fantastic.
