      Co-workers are engaged and motivated to perform. Product offering is diverse; there’s always something to sell in any market. Fantastic job stability. Fundamental culture is alive and well. Autonomy is given, suggestions are welcomed. Customers are treated well. Strong ethics. Great compensation. Very proud to be a part of this organization.

      Poor management, no sense of structure on any level. Management expects perfection with flawed equipment and systems. Production is over safety and quality on every aspect.
