      Good compensation. Great bonus program. No one watching over your shoulder. Wonderful work environment.

      Cons

      Raises are small. Work is in person mandatory but can all be done from home. The office space has no windows.

      Pros

      Co-workers are engaged and motivated to perform. Product offering is diverse; there’s always something to sell in any market. Fantastic job stability. Fundamental culture is alive and well. Autonomy is given, suggestions are welcomed. Customers are treated well. Strong ethics. Great compensation. Very proud to be a part of this organization.

      Very relaxed, non-corporate, red tape environment in the mills.

      Cons

      No real room for advancement, with a majority of your pay being locked behind bonuses that get taxed a lot harder.
