Good overall benifits. Advancement opertunities are available if you are in the corporate office. Corperate offices and positions are well paid and have great benifits. Relocation available when plants are closed.
Cons
Plant closures and layoffs are a continuous possibility. Very poor management of local plants. No Advancement opertunities in local plants. All management positions are filled from corporate or outside.
