Pros

-Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

Cons

-The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
