Unit Manager

I was offered 3 jobs at 3 different hospitals in 3 different locations. One is at $24/hr in MA, one is $17/hr in Atl and the other is at $23/hr in NC. I'm not sure which to pick but I really would like to be in GA but coming from NY that pay isn't really cutting it. I asked to negotiate but haven't gotten any feedback and it's been a few days. I called and left a VM with HR but no response. The start dates are quick approaching. MA is a bit expensive and NC seems to be a happy medium. Thoughts?

    Some of the best reasons to work at Storypoint: 1. The company's values align with my own. 2: The company stands behind the values it is based on. 3: It gives me satisfaction to know that I am making a positive influence in the residents lives and the young server's lives as well with me being their leader. 4: I love giving back and serving our residents.

    This is a wonderful company to work for. They show they care and appreciate you.

    Cons

    Only con is you lose PTO hours if you don’t use them. You can’t roll them all over. Lost many myself because I was too busy to take time off. In my opinion they should pay them out

    Pros

    Good managers; Chef Bastian and Chef Kenson are good bosses and both a pleasure to work with. They take the time to make sure you are okay, and even do some small talk. They don’t make you feel scared of management or anything. Instead they are kind of like fathers/older brothers who you can go to about your issues. They definitely represent the idea that hard work is rewarded and recognized for what it is.

    Cons

    Only con is pay is a little low and not quite as competitive as it might be at other places of employment.
