      Bad upper management, people who served the company for over 10-15 years get fired. Swiss employees labeled as expensive and were just witnessing multiple positions moved to other countries "for cost reductions".

      Small-Company feel at this particular location.

      Cons

      Very defensive workplace with zero accountability. You will get thrown under the bus the first opportunity, even when several others have touched the failed work.
