Cons
The pay is super low.
The cost of insurance is high with hi co-pays and it doesn't want to cover anything.
The management is like being in the movie mean girls.
They twist everything you say to fit their narrative.
Very high school with their clicks.
Favoritism runs rampant.
A lot of workplace bullying and when you speak out they fire you.
The union you are forced to join is worthless and overpriced.
