      Pros

      Always have work and keeping. We work from sunrise to sunset. Acquiring companies left and right. We will become a Titan of the solar industry. RSU awarded. Investment in the company. TJ will lead us to the moon.

      Cons

      No local office or warehouse in California. No pay raises in 3 years. Vehicles constantly breaking down.

      Pros

      The people at SunPower/BlueRaven were some of the funnest people to work with. I built a lot of great relationships there.

      Cons

      When SunPower was purchased by TJ Rodgers, he came in and was telling everyone how he was going to turn the whole company around and that "because he's a billionaire he knows how to make it happen" -- Well.. over the span of about a year he laid off about 70% of the company and tried to make other independent contractors so he didnt have to give them a base. The whole company dynamic changed and I now have yet to speak to any former colleagues who enjoyed being there. - Its very toxic now.
